Jason with wrong body movement
Posted : 1 week, 2 days ago on 20 November 2009 02:15
(A review of Friday the 13th)The Jason actor just don't move the way Jason should move. I mean, Jason movement should not be like a martial art fighter: it should be like Jason, like a freak retarded. :D And this movie has some "fun" atmosphere that just doesn't fit. We can't take it serious like the original one :D. 0 comments, Reply to this entry

(A review of Home)"It's too late to be pessimistic". Let's contribute to avoid more damage to our planet. This movie is very strong and the message is very direct. Watch it! And act now! ;) 0 comments, Reply to this entry
REC for americans?
Posted : 1 month ago on 28 October 2009 06:49
(A review of Quarantine)The original REC was so good, so I don't understand why do a "english-spoken" version. Just because the lazy americans don't want to read subtitles? In the end they put "Based on REC"... :D Come on, it is a total copy and they didn't add anything to the original one... If you did not watch this neither REC, watch REC please, way better than Quarantine. 0 comments, Reply to this entry
"Uma imagem vale por mil palavras"
Posted : 1 month, 2 weeks ago on 14 October 2009 06:27
(A review of Feliz Natal)Se tem uma frase que poderia ser aplicada a esse filme é: "uma imagem vale por mil palavras" :D. Há muita coisa subentendida nesse filme e aí vai depender de quem assiste captar ou não. Salvo engano, a câmera me lembrou um pouco aquele suspense "Os Estranhos". 0 comments, Reply to this entry
Much worst than the first one
Posted : 1 month, 3 weeks ago on 6 October 2009 07:47
(A review of Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian)Besides being much worst than the first one, it contains a terrible lie: "the plane was invented by americans". The real inventor of plane was the brazilian Santos Dummont, who created the 14 bis, the first plane which can fly by itself with its own engine and publicy testimonied by people on France: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alberto_Santos-Dumont#Heavier_than_air_aircraft "By 1905 he had finished his first airplane design, and also a helicopter. He finally achieved his dream of flying an airplane on October 23, 1906, when, piloting the 14-bis before a large crowd of witnesses, he flew a distance of 60 metres (200 ft) at a height of two to three metres (10 ft). This well-documented event was the first flight verified by the Aéro-Club de France of a powered heavier-than-air machine in Europe, and the first public demonstration in the world of an aircraft taking off from an ordinary airstrip with a non-detachable landing gear and under its own power in calm weather, proving to the spectators that a machine "heavier than air" could take off from the ground by its own means. With this accomplishment, he won the Archdeacon Prize founded by the Frenchman Ernest Archdeacon in July 1906, to be awarded to the first aviator to fly more than 25 meters". 0 comments, Reply to this entry
Slow and boring

(A review of Romulus, My Father)This is a *real* piece of shit. This movie doesn't worth nothing, non the time needed to watch it. Do not waste your time. 0 comments, Reply to this entry
Just a repetition of the first one
Posted : 11 months, 2 weeks ago on 17 December 2008 07:09
(A review of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian)For me it was just a repetition of the first one: fights, strange creatures and that's all... And if it's supposed to be for children, it's too violent (although there isn't any blood :D). Otherwise it's too childish, silly. So the viewer doesn't know what public this movie wants to reach. 0 comments, Reply to this entry
Boring
Posted : 11 months, 3 weeks ago on 10 December 2008 06:02
(A review of Avenue Montaigne)Well, I didn't like it. Of course, this film is beautiful regarding the music and footage etc, but it lacks a real story. I felt it empty. It lacks substance. Too superficial for me... Anyway it seems to please a lot of women. 0 comments, Reply to this entry
Just another silly movie
Posted : 11 months, 4 weeks ago on 5 December 2008 06:07
(A review of The Ultimate Gift)Those who watch this movie doesn't know if it was a comedy or drama... It would be better if it was a comedy, but it try hardly to be a drama and if fails miserably. Just another silly movie full of those "self-help" messages and boring worst-case scenarios, so people can feel better by the fact they are not in those sick situations... This was repeated so many times... And there are those "american" values... and money of course and bla bla bla... Total waste of "american" money. 0 comments, Reply to this entry
Everybody likes, but...

(A review of Iron Man)...it's not a great movie. Yes, it has all the elements of action movies, but most of the super hero movies seem to be the same, the same formula. Even the bad guys doesn't seem to be that bad... I think the error is trying to make a movie about a comics super hero trying to transform the comics into a movie. They should forget the comics format and start a story more appropriate to cinema... Anyway, if you like action movies and high tech and don't care about a more deep and complex story, it's nice. 0 comments, Reply to this entry
